Couples Play is a digital product operated by Seven Days Challenge LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company doing business as Couples Play. Everything you buy unlocks instantly on your device, so all sales are final.
All purchases are non-refundable
The $4.99 challenge entry and every add-on — finisher bib, add-on packs, second lap, gift a week — are one-time, non-refundable purchases. Once a purchase is completed and the content unlocks, it cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
What we are not responsible for
We are not responsible for you or your partner not completing the seven days, not enjoying the challenge or the prompts you get, or not using add-ons you bought. Change of mind, scheduling, a break-up, or deciding the content isn't for you are not grounds for a refund.
No subscriptions
There are no subscriptions and nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You will never be charged again unless you deliberately make another purchase.
If something genuinely didn't deliver
If you were charged and the content never unlocked, or you were charged twice for the same item, email hello@couplesplay.app with your bib number and the date of the charge. We will correct genuine delivery or duplicate-billing errors.
Chargebacks and processor rules
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., with Seven Days Challenge LLC as the merchant of record. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants a refund right that overrides this policy, that law applies. Before opening a chargeback, please contact us first — it is faster.
